Entering my 3rd year at Sunrise Spa , I wanted to let my loyal ,current and future ladies know of my new booking system.
I will now request a 50 percent deposit on booking in your appointment, this will act as part payment for the final chosen treatment price. The balance of your treatment will be due on the day you have had your treatment.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, then I would request a minimum of 24 hours to cancel with a rescheduled date in place, that is within 10 days of your original appointment date.
Regrettably if you are unable to rebook within 10 days then your 50% deposit will be retained and not refundable.
We understand that life is unpredictable and so are happy to be as adaptable as possible , however we have discovered that without taking a 50% deposit that some clients are not giving enough notice when cancelling, leading to loss of income and making it impossible to offer the slot to someone else.
Therefore I will be taking these steps from January 2024.
My Bank details will be made available when booking in your treatment.
